Efrain is a co-founder of Reconnect Brooklyn. Born and bred in Bedford Stuyvesant, Efrain survived many obstacles to arrive at his place as role model and mentor to neighborhood youth. Efrain was the manager of Reconnect Cafe during its time on Tompkins Avenue, and is now managing Reconnect’s new Pop Up Shop.
